👋🏽Hello, my name is Vishan!🎓I currently attend school at California State University, Sacramento. I am pursuing a Criminal Justice degree with a Sociology minor.🏙I am born and raised in Sacramento. I have a desire for equality and wish to address the systemic issues of the criminal justice system and help create a fair and just system for all citizens, especially those treated unfairly.📈In the past, I worked as a food worker and developed my customer service abilities when serving customers. This was my first job and I eventually shifted towards working in retail, which I still do today. I started as a sales associate at Vans and was promoted to Sales Lead within a year of working. As a Sales Lead, I have further developed my strengths and frequently communicate business goals with fellow employees. I exercise my customer service and communication abilities daily and am constantly working to improve and be the best employee I can.💼In the future, I hope to work as a Criminal Analyst. I would love to be a part of a diverse team that is equally invested in addressing systemic issues.🛹In my spare time, I am constantly cruising on my skateboard around town and getting some fresh air!💪🏽My strengths would include a strong work ethic, reliability, and an unrelenting desire to learn new things. I have always been a high achiever and this includes consistently showing up as my best self. I love to learn about all aspects of the company or business I work for. Team leadership skills would be another strength I possess. I have learned how to lead my team and coordinate the most effective way to increase sales and customer engagement. Above all, I am confident in who I am and I always strive to accomplish any task or goal.
