As the CFO, I am primarily responsible for ensuring that the organisations financial operations, records, and reporting are to a professional and compliant standard.

Managed implementation of processes for transition to National Disabilities Insurance Scheme rolled out in the northern New South Wales by Commonwealth and NSW Governments for people needing aged care, disability support, and home care. Was also responsible for developing social enterprises, community preschool and a First People division to enhance revenue streams of the not-for-profit organisation.

Overall in-charge of managing company performance, financial relationships, raising capital, budgeting & expense control, shareholder relations, cash flows, record control, financial obligations and company liabilities. The company belongs to the Tolaram Group based in Singapore.
