As a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Intellect Design Arena, Vishesh is responsible for designing and implementing strategic HR interventions aimed at organizational development. He works closely with the Corporate HR Head and has an expertise in HR process transformation, talent management, talent development, talent strategy, and organizational development. He has around 6 years of collective work experience in HR with organizations operating in Metal & Mining and IT industry.Vishesh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, and a B.E. in Information Technology from Panjab University.He possesses an exceptional work ethic and demonstrates a high level of ownership and initiative. Hardworking, adaptable, and result-oriented, he has been successful in managing various aspects of talent practices in a fast paced and changing environment.
