Infra Projects• Responsible to rollout LTE Infra projects for Vodafone UK.• Lead project to install 1,000 new LTE sites in entire UK region.• Led cross-functional team of deployment technicians and third party benchmarking analysts.• Create and execute rollout plans, cases and scenarios that will determine optimal systemperformance according to specifications.• Developing meeting agendas, statement of work, holding regular client meetings, drafting anddistributing meeting minutes.• Building and Maintaining an issue log, which further helps in tackling similar issue at faster paceamongst team members.• Performing other duties and participating in special projects as requested, aimed at improvingprofessional services processes and activities. In the end our goal is to provide our customers withan excellent customer experience.Operations• Ensure all faults are managed effectively according to SLA requirements by whole of ServiceOperations• Monitors the incident management system for incidents that are unassigned, not active, breachingor close to breach the SLA threshold.• Has the authority to identify an owner for an Incident when required in case of a bouncing ofincidents.• Enable and coordinate communication between the different groups for the resolution of incidents.• Manage the progression and closure of other incidents.• Chair bridge calls of critical incidents for effective coordination, incident resolution and servicerestoration.• Ensure that incidents are quickly communicated / escalated to the business community by engagingwith the relevant teams for all clusters impacted by an incident.• Engage with key stakeholders as required to support the recovery of Major Incidents.
