DESC (Design and Evaluation Services to Client) Engineer for Cairn-Vedanta from Weatherford under joint industry Integrated project, committed to increase run life of the system and enhance crude production.Looking after designing, risk analysis for failures and performance analysis of ALS systems installed in onshore field of Cairn India-Vedanta consisting more than 100nos wells with deviation as high as 70Deg and dog leg severity (DLS) upto 7deg/30m producing waxy fluid with high viscosity under EOR-Polymer flooding.PC pump modelling for simulating current operating conditions to estimate flowing bottom-hole pressure, rod string designing, reviewing performance of PC pumps with real time monitoring, Well interventions planning, Data management, DIFA of PCP and RCFA for failures in the field with the goal to increase Mean time between failure resulting in lesser no of costly well interventions which costs around ~400K USD per well.Actively involved in promoting HSSE awareness among the work force including frequent HSE trainings, prompt reporting of near miss and hazards observation.

ALS support to client for monitoring and performance analysis of different artificial lift systems (PCP and ESP) being installed here in heavy oil wells producing under Polymer flooding-EOR.ALS designing, pump and surface equipment selection and root cause analysis for pump tripping.Key responsibilities: 1. Artificial lift system monitoring and performance analysis2. Sucker rod string designing using C-Fer software3. Troubleshooting and RCFA of pump tripping.4. RCFA of pump failure and MTBF improvement planning5. DIFA analysis of PCP6. Pareto analysis7. Candidate selection for well interventions and production enhancement 8. Pump performance analysis using PC pump by C fer and Prosper.

responsible for optimization of natural gas production from around 200 CBM wells, Monitoring and performance analysis of different artificial lift systems like PCP, SRP and ESP. Involved in planning & scheduling of workover operations for these wells in coordination with reservoir and geoscience team.Back pressure optimisation at wells and system modelling using PIPESIM multiphase simulator.Modelling and execution of foam lift trial for liquid unloading from low pressure CBM horizontal wells.
