I am an Associate Vice President at Gulf Oasis Insurance Brokers LLC, a leading provider of banking, financial, reinsurance, and insurance broking services in the UAE. With over 9 years of experience in finance and accounts, audit, compliance management, budgeting, and cash management, I have a remarkable zest for compiling, verifying, analyzing, interpreting, and disseminating crucial financial data to drive strategic decision making.As the lead and manager of finance and accounts governance across the organization, I ensure compliance with CBUAE and FTA regulations, IFRS standards, and internal policies. I also design and implement the company's financial strategy, performance management, and sales analysis, and present financial insights and recommendations to the key management. I am currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential from the Institute of Management Accountants (USA) and have completed the Strategic Financial Management Programme for Executives from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore.
