Responsible for leading the Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) department in providing full scale support on IT industry policy engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, and serving as the main contact for government relationship and industry associations for Microsoft Taiwan and Microsoft GCR Regional Sales Group.

Vincent is responsible for leading the Legal and Corporate Affairs department in providing full scale support on IT industry policy engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, and serve as the main contact for government relationship and industry associations. He also leads the team providing full range of legal support on commercial and licensing transactions, IPR strategy and management, as well as litigation matters and Fair Trade Law related issues. Vincent also serves as a key member of MS Taiwan Corporate Governance Committee as well as the Chairperson of Diversity and Inclusion Council to fulfill the vision of Corporate Governance, CSR and Citizenship.

Responsible for leading the legal department in providing full scale legal support on commercial and licensing transactions, IPR management and enforcement, as well as litigation matters, which include Fair Trade Law related issues; and serves as a key member in the Corporate Governance Committee to fulfil the vision of the Corporate Governance (CSR) and Citizenship for Microsoft Taiwan.

As the first In-House Counsel of Microsoft Taiwan, my responsibilities include recruiting talents and building up the framework and structure of legal department to provide full scale legal support on commercial and licensing transactions, IPR protection and anti-counterfeiting enforcement, as well as litigation matters including anti-trust (Fair Trade Law) related issues.

Intellectual Property management, licensing and litigation strategy; Trade Secret protection and litigation; corporate and commercial transaction, M&A and dispute resolution including civil and criminal litigation and arbitration.

My responsibilities include foreign investment; Cross-boundary transaction; Intellectual Property management and licensing strategy; Trade Secret protection, investigation and litigation strategy.
