I worked on developing SaVanT in the Pellegrini Lab at UCLA. SaVanT is a web-based bioinformatics tool used to visualize the expression of molecular signatures across multiple samples. The software features statistical analysis mechanisms to assist sample-level classification, with an objective of a priori clinical patient diagnosis. To this end, SaVanT boasts a user-friendly and developer-friendly interface.•Developed utilizing Python and the Streamlit framework. Focused on organizing the code to allow future developers to update the tool with minimal effort.•Showcases an extensive directory of molecular signatures from leading databases like MSigDB and Enrichr. •Accepts user-uploaded gene expression matrices to perform gene set calculations across thousands of sets within seconds.•Features statistical tests, clustering options, threshold displays, and z-score heatmaps to perform professional analysis.

My primary responsibility was to monitor gym members to maintain a secure and sanitary environment, while simultaneously providing patrons with exercise guidance, safer practices, and nutrition advice. Also managed front-desk tasks such as promoting/validating membership and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
