Nature of the Job:The basic responsibility of the ISS team is to be the primary team working directly with our partners and channel sales team and help in securing business. We are responsible for orchestrating Oracle's Channel workflow and deal processes. We work as the direct link between our VADs, partners and the channel sales team. Roles & Responsibilities:Coordinate efforts of Partners & Distributors to secure business in the North American public sector domain. Reaching out to end users articulating the solution & service offering.Process control expert.Involved in process improvements testing and implementation.Assists in the communication of Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. I possess excellent experience in various Oracle applications like oracle R12, Apex, CRM Fusion.

Nature of jobIt involves resolving post booking issues in order to get revenue recognized or resolve other sales based issues. Involves working along with teams like collections, accounts receivables, install base, OKS. Role & responsibility.Resolving order processing errors and other customer satisfaction disputes.Handling issues and queries related to post booking audit and the process.Ensuring orders are booked as per SOX guidelines and Standard operating procedures.Carrying out the quality check for the CMRB orders processed so that the invoice are generated correctly.Close interaction with collections and sales.Work with accounts receivables, cash applications, Install base, CDI and other teams
