Majestic tower – SharjahRoles and responsibilities- Monitoring the PPM as well as variation jobs in the sites.- Carry out inspection and troubleshooting for emergency works.- Weekly inspection of buildings and preparation of snag reports.- Investigation and identification of issues related to MEP and civil works.- Attending regular meetings with the clients to ensure the MEP team meets the client’s requirement.- Implementation of checklists and PPMs schedules based on the buildingrequirements.- Facilitating training for new technicians to make them confident to attend emergencies.- Preparation of monthly reports, quotations and inspection report for the buildings.- Ensuring the safety working conditions for the MEP team by giving training for using proper PPEs.- Coordinating with onsite MEP team and HQ for ensuring smooth work flow and material deliveries.

Roles and responsibilities: - Preparation of Snags list and Asset list for the equipment in the building. - Preparation of 52 weekly PPM schedule for the equipment based on the asset list. - Planning and executing Planned Preventive Maintenance for the assets in the building as per manufacturer recommendations. - Coordinating with specialized contractor to execute major works in the assets. - Trouble shooting of issues and early fault identification so as to prevent breakdown of the equipment. - Monitoring daily readings, check for variations and predict the healthiness of the system including energy usage in building. - Allocation of man power for day to day call outs in the building in MEP and HVAC works. - Maintains task list which helps in following up with the unresolved issues. - Meeting with the client for updating the work progress and major issues in the tower. - Preparation of estimates and quotation for MEP, HVAC and civil works. - Monitoring of Building Management Software and coordinating with the service provider for trouble shooting and rectification of faulty sensors and equipment. - Reporting to Head of Operations regarding the work progress and major issues in the situ. - Preparation of monthly reports, weekly reports and BMS reports as per the format required by the client. - Humidity control in High rise buildings- Steps for Energy conservation- Worked closely with energy audit companies like TAKA solutions and Energy Automation.- Creating working atmosphere following HSE standards and procedures - Level 1 – Training for Firefighting and use of fire extinguishers
