As an RMS Engineer L2 at Allied Digital Services Limited, I support the remote monitoring and management of various clients' IT infrastructure, using Citrix, SQL, and Windows technologies. I have hands-on experience in configuring, backing up, restoring, and mirroring servers, as well as working with virtualization software such as Citrix, VMware, and Azure.
