Executed key roles in Rane Group, TVS Hyundai car plant, JCB & Wirtgen India. Mastered in Mech. Engg from PSG Tech, Coimbatore and started career in Automotive industry with Rane group. Coordinated for TQM implementation in Rane, supported by interactions with Japanese Quality Guru Dr. Washio, and led the organization as ‘TQM Expert’ to achieve ‘Deming Prize’. Subsequently, developed team competency with analytical & problem solving skills, APQP, SPC and PDCA cycle in daily routines during the roles in TVS & Hyundai motors for producing auto components of expected quality for engine and transmission assemblies. Moved into Construction equipment OEM, JCB for new product launches and business excellence program. Products launched successfully and achieved Business Excellence award. Currently heading Quality function with a team of 22, in Wirtgen India, it makes me proud to mention that the quality strategies planned and their effective implementation ensured by me has helped the organization in gaining the market share to reach top position.Had global exposure with Overseas assignments in USA and business tours that include multiple visits to Germany, Italy & China.With mnc OEMs and overseas experience, acquired the skills to formulate strategies for achieving global quality, to develop and motivate the team to achieve business results.
