• Reconcile customer account by identifying and resolving the cause of discrepancies.• Solve the client issue with RCA and try to close permanently.• Review Contractual information and update the same in Billing software and determine the appropriate billing cycle (i.e. Payment term, VAS Services) etc.• Coordination with Business Development Team & Senior Spoc to ensure that collection flow could smooth. Regular meetings and calls with BD Team and with clients (if required).• Communicate with internal stake holders to find alternate solutions in case customer is not responding or if there is delay in payment.• Good understanding and grip of internal processes and regulatory requirements surrounding.• Identify and raise concerns or issues identified to BDT.• To co-ordinate with and follow ups with internal departments like Pricing, Operations, Sales, Legal for resolution of the issues and take actions to resolve the same resulting from errors caused internally or due to customer dissatisfaction that affect payment.• To make alignment and build the bridge with management wherever there is gap between client, BD Team and take approvals on required cases accordingly.• Collects information on invoice details for the allocated customers to understand customer payment behavior, taking appropriate steps to accelerate timely payments.• Creates and understanding of customer payment methods and processes to ensure better efficiency at work and to ensure professionally enriching experience for the customer.• Participate in quality improvement projects with ideas and help in implementing process.• Coordination with banking Team for any deviation in collections reported by Zones.
