-Handling both FCL , LCL , Air and cross trade shipments with focus on timely release of shipments to the customer as per the INCOTERMS ( DDP, DAP, DDU, EX works, FOB)-Handling enquiries from both local customer as well as from overseas agent network and providing quotations in a timely manner as per the requirement.-Act as Key point of contact for the local customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, transporters and other freight forwarders.-Releasing Exchange BL, Delivery Order to the customers and monitor the deliveries till the final delivery point for all the door delivery shipments.-Preparing and issuing of Switch Bill of lading as per the requirement of the customer.-Tracking of vessel schedule in Dubai Trade and notifying the customers upon arrival.-Handle all the logistics related documents such as UAE customs bill of entry, exit documents, gate passes, Bill of Lading, COO, Invoice and packing list etc.To be in touch with the customer over phone, email and in person as well to assist them for completing all the necessary import procedures such as Municipality approval, Health and safety approval, Customs inspection for their shipments.-Dispatching Tax invoices to the customers once the shipments has been released.-Maintaining highest quality standard, follow up system, confidentiality as per the standard operating procedure with strict adherence to the ISO quality policy of the organization.-Provide monthly report to the management regarding the ongoing and completed shipment status.
