• Ensure allocated flights been planned as per the FBL handling priorities and special load requirements.• Ensure flights been planned timely, effectively and accurately in order to achieve the set KPIs and maximum load factor.• Determine the available flight capacity to ensure maximum cargo optimization with the best ULD combination.• Ensure recorded irregularities been analyzed during the planning and appropriate follow-ups are done with the relevant stakeholders, to resolve and to uplift the shipments as booked.• Provide preliminary cargo tonnage to load control as per the agreed cut-off time and ensure estimated figures are in close proximity of actual tonnage in order to avoid fuel weight variance.• Ensure 100% data accuracy at all stages of flight planning, including UWS and NOTOC preparation.• Ensure manifest, UWS and NOTOCs been released to load control within the agreed timeframe.• Ensure special load pre-alerts been communicated on time with the relevant stakeholders for appropriate handling.

• Calculate EZFW or payload & send to Flight Dispatch/Pilot-In-Command in a timely manner and in accordance to the Customer Airline requirements.• Plan the aircraft loading in a manner to maintain Ground Stability during the offloading/loading process.• Apply segregation requirements, compatibility checks & loading regulations for special/DGR loads in accordance to the IATA DGR Manual & Customer Airline requirements.• Prepare the LIRF with the relevant coding scheme for dead loads, IMP codes for special loads, ULD numbers & Supplementary information regarding special loads & Standby cargo.• Produce a safe, fuel efficient and timely Load sheet to ensure ultimate flight safety, OTP.• Ensure the load sheet recency is maintained and recorded as required to maintain the validity of the issued licenses Distribute Dead loads according to Safety regulations, Gravity parameters, Special requirements, Unloading accessibility and other.

• Responsible for coordinating Weight and Balance documentation with Load Control.• Maintain daily trip files and station report as well as all aircraft-handling related documents.• Supervision of ramp functions.• Operational safety/load security checks on aircraft prior to departure, which also includes the coordination of all operational activities during irregularities.• Coordination of all phases of aircraft handling, including catering, cleaning, fueling, crew and passenger boarding/de-boarding.• Ensure all cargo or luggage is properly tied down or secured in the compartments• Responsible to keep track of the number of passengers, pieces of luggage and the amount of fuel• Work very closely with ramp personnel and the airport station manager or Representative.
