Effective co-ord with Design Engg.contractor (Intecsa, Spain), Project Mgmt. Consultant (EIL, Gurugram) and with various internal Engg. Disciplines for rel Engg. Deliverables and performing various Engg.functions like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, 3D model reviews & other review meetings.2.Having effective PEM skills & currently working as Engg co-ordinator in Project Engg.Role: Performing below activities as Engg co-ordinator1. Finalization of DCI & MCI.2. Co-ord with DEC for getting drgs & docs in various disciplines.3. Co-ord with Vendors & internal Engg. team for finalizing Vendor DCI, clarifying queries on either sides and for getting drgs &docs for various major tagged Equipments and others.4. Co-ord with Vendors & internal Engg.team for conducting HAZOP & model review for Vendor packages.5. Co-ord with various internal Engg. disciplines and ensure the generation of deliverables, reports, and procedures req for the Engg portion of the project.6. Co-ord & follow-up with PMC for getting approvals & conducting meetings.7. Coordinate information bet Engg and other functions to ensure timely receipt and delivery of necessary design inputs.8. Organize & participate in HAZID, HAZOP & SIL sessions as necessary and ensure submission of study & close-out report within time for review and approval.9. Organizing & participate in 3D model review as necessary & ensure submitting tags report& tags close-out report within time.10. Facilitate to raise & monitor closeout of tech queries to obtain clarifications and missing information.11. Ensure all procedures & cal are submitted to PMC/Client for review and approval. 12. Attending Weekly&Monthly review meetings with Client&PMC for discussing Project progress and KOM with Vendors.13. Follow-up with Process, DEC & PMC for PFDs, PIDs, DS submission, review and approval.14. Follow-up with Elec, for preparation & rel of SLDs, Sub-station drgs.15. Follow-up with FF team, for preparation & rel of fire system PIDs, Layouts and cal etc.16. Follow-up with DEC & PMC for Equip.Vendor drgs review and approval.17. Effective communication /replies/discussions through mails, TEAMS, physical meetings etc.
