Providing thermal data (Reflow and Wave soldering information) to the site, which is required at assemblyline with compliance analysis like ROHS, REACH and full material content declaration..etc.8. Validating every component with the desired description, before the procurement team proceeds forquotation from supplier.9. Providing different technical attributes (MSL,ESD, ROHS, REACH, Mounting type, packing type,...etc) to thesite as per the request.10. Identification on various failures and defects analysis in process (FMEA). Performing root cause analysis toexpedite the service with corrective and preventive action (CAPA).11. Experience in component selection based on the requirement by design engineer.12. Manufacturing and testing experience on production line.13. Maintaining 100% accuracy and TAT for all the above activities.

JABIL INDIA PVT LTD, PUNE. Expert in PCBA debug, and schematic analysis. Work on RMA board and gives debug analysis on customer complaint. knowledgeable about BOM,AVL,ECN,PCN,ECO etc. Preparation of FA (Failure Analysis) Report for component and send it return to Vendor (RTV). Familiar with the IPC criteria and standards (IPC A610F). Good knowledge on micro controller programming and burning (CYCLONE, ST-LINK, DEDI PROG) knowledgeable about Different type of tester like ICT(in circuit tester AGILENT i3070 series 1,3and 5),FVT(functional verification tester),HVT( high voltage tester),ESS( environmental Stress Screening chamber), AOI(automated optical inspection) etc. Good knowledge on different type of equipment like Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Power Meter, Function Generator, Power Supply and Multi-meter. LCR meter ETC. Knowledge about Agilent ICT’s hardware part like (MPU, mother board, system card, controlcard ASRU CARD and pins card.  Good knowledge on ICT and fixture related issue and PM activity (Preventive Maintenance).
