After completing Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation from Govt. Polytechnic College, Mattannur, Kerala, India, I worked for Alfatek Services, were providing the service and calibration for machines at various rubber and tyre industries such as Apollo, Ceat, JK, Bridgestone etc.Handling service and calibration of various machines used in Tyre and rubber automotive Industries, such as Hardness testers, Rheometers, Mooney viscometer, Ozone chamber,Tyre endurace and plunger tester etc., according to the standard specified under ISO/IEC 17025 by NABL India.During my career, I had the opportunity to work with various machines service and calibration, in which I had deal with Electrical circuits with and without PLC (Omron), Mechanical services, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and calibration of various parameters like Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Force, Torque, Dimensional Measurements, Time, Mass, Weighing balance, Volumetric Measures, Linear Displacement and speed, Rotational speed.Currently working as service engineer at Keltron, Commissioning and service activities of Various Navigational equipments in Indian Naval ships all over India,such as Echosounder ,EM Log,RTU,3G UWACS etc.I feel very capable of doing many tasks with a wide range that focuses on industrial production, and I am convinced that I am able to meet great expectations.
