Currently the HR Business Partner for SAP & Oracle practices in India, Africa and Middle East.I have completed my Masters in HRM&LR from TISS, Mumbai. Prior to that I was working as a software developer at Wipro Technologies.As an Electronics and Telecommunications engineer from Swami Vivekananda College (VESIT, Mumbai), I had a successful three years stint at Wipro Technologies where I worked as Project Engineer in Telecom and Embedded Systems divisions. My responsibilities included client interaction, software development and software testing.I have been awarded with “Feather In My Cap” and “Thanks A Zillion” appreciation certificates. In this tenure, I have also learnt German and Spanish. After this, I worked for a consulting firm called Asri Technology in the role of a Knowledge Consultant. My main responsibilities lay in project implementation, consulting and training for IBM platforms and tools like Rational Clearcase and ClearQuestsSoftware Implementation and testing, Human Resources Managing
