• Perform detailed root cause Analysis, suggest and drive improvements for field & product functional failures.• Data logging & Basic NVH Studies on the Product in Engines & Vehicles. Analyze data and provide technical reports for Functional & application systems issues.(Use ETAS INCA / Similiar data logging equipment, NVH Equipment) (Record & Analyse data on product performance; Measure Vibrations, Noise & Orders.)• Work with R&D Teams in Final validations on performance / Quality requirements before start of production• Troubleshoot defective components and work with internal or external suppliers on corrective actions and measures.• Provide Technical Leadership, guidance & training to Service Engineers on New Technologies, Functionalities and problem resolutions in Field• Respond to customer-initiated non-conformance reports and ensure timely and accurate feedback with appropriate reports.
