Local Area Plan (LAP) Compliance/Reporting• Ensuring the Local Area Plan is being executed • Managing all spectator transportation elements • Coordinate with municipal staff, ISU, contractors, MTO staff and TO2015 Venue and Transport Management• Collect information for daily analytics reporting.• Lead on the coordination of venue-level spectator transportation issues and keeping track of their resolution.• Providing scheduling information for transit and park & ride shuttles as necessary• Acting as escalation point for issues which need to be reported and/or resolved at the UTCC. • Disseminate information locally from the UTCC.Parking Operations • Reporting to the Spectator Parking Operations Control Centre (SPOCC) representative • Overseeing all operational components delivered by sub-contractors, including parking and permitting operations, venue shuttle operations, site logistics management, and security• Responding to incidents and/or contingency events on site, and elevates issues that cannot be resolved on the ground to the SPOCC for resolution • Liaises with TO2015 Venue Transportation Manager (VTM) to respond to all contingency events on site or at the venue• Preparing daily reports for submission to the SPOCC, and subsequently, the LAP desk at the UTCC
