Preparation of Monthly targets for project as per the Schedule.Prepare BOQ & bills with item rates.Draft and issue work orders to the subcontractors.Prepare & process subcontractor bills.Prepare and verify all bills related to projects.Conduct material reconciliation for materials supplied and utilized at the project site.Monitor wastage in material usage and report accordingly.Manage closure processes for Running Account bills and Final Bills in accordance with contract agreements and work orders.Utilize ERP software(Microsoft InSuite) for project management and documentation.Maintain and update project data in the ERP system for accurate tracking and reporting.Generate reports and data analysis from the ERP system to support project decisions.

Assist project teams with quantity take-offs, measurement calculations, and other related tasks.Accurately update and maintain Daily Labor Reports.Prepare & process subcontractor bills.Prepare payment certificates and other necessary documentation.ERP software(Quadra) for Maintaining and update project data in the ERP system for accurate tracking and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
