Ø  To make feasibility PPT and share with customer with required mark up.Ø  To do spec meeting with customer.Ø  To handle and manage the customer and provide the development status.Ø  To implement and take follow up APQP timing plan.Ø  To make part as per drawing.Ø  To rectifications in tools as per drawings.Ø  To submit ISER documents to customer.Ø  To do SOC and material testing and report submit to customer.Ø  To implement ECN and approved sample from customer.Ø  To check and freeze welding parameter (Projection nut weld, Spot weld, Mig weld etc.)Ø  To submit IMDS.Ø  To submit PPAP and taking approved PSW.Ø  To handover project for SOP.

Ø  To ensure the feasibility for making the parts as per drawing.Ø  To provide mark-up on drawing to customer.Ø  To make APQP timing plan and submit to customer.Ø  To make and validate the part as per drawing.Ø  To take decision on CMM reports for corrections and dispatch samples to customer.Ø  To rectification and correction in tools, welding jigs and fixtures as per part requirements / Receiving gauges.Ø  Responsible for PPAP Audit do with customer.Ø  Responsible for the verification and implementation of all the ECN and maintaining its records.Ø  Responsible for Project handover for SOP after the customer approval.Ø  Responsible for the preparation of audits (VSA Audits, other customer audits) do by customers.Ø  Sound knowledge of customer specific standards.

Ø  Responsible to make and adhered APQP timing plan and tool development plan.Ø  To make PPAP documents and upload on customer portals.Ø  To update documents as per taken actions likewise- Process Flow Chart, Control Plan, Work Instructions, PFMEA etc.Ø  Responsible to review PFMEA periodically and updated.Ø  Responsible to PPAP audit with customer and take approved PSW. Ø  Responsible for the verification and implementation of all the ECN and maintaining its records.Ø  To manage updated drawings and standards.Ø  To manage and handle customer portals.Ø  To fill and responsible for submission of IMDS data.Ø  Responsible for update past defect trouble sheet.Ø  Responsible for the preparation of audits (VSA Audits, other customer audits) do by customers.
