Alpha Coach connects fitness trainers and trainees. We provide trainers with tools to launch online programs and manage their businesses, while trainees gain access to an integrated diet coaching app and programs from independent coaches.Our product suite ranges from a user-facing diet coaching app to business management tools for trainers. We have scaled our platform to over 350,000 users and 2,500 fitness coaches across India, achieving a 4.5-star rating on the Play Store.

United Strength helps busy folks, get stronger and incorporate structured strength training into their daily routine. We work with trainees in-person.We started operations in 2013 under the name Progressive Fitness Systems, offering coaching and gym management services. We opened our training facility in Juhu, United Strength in 2016. We are the highest-rated gym in Juhu with over 1500 customers.Over the years we expanded to managing fitness centers for premium residential complexes across Mumbai.

Headed, development of the online chapter of Intellectual Fitness and Sports Academy (IFSA)Built online fitness and nutrition certification programs for IFSA, to expand its reach across India and globally.This was a fully bootstrapped project, where I invested and partnered with IFSA, an established offline chain of fitness academies to capitalize on the early online edu-tech boom in India.We were unable to profitably scale this business. We wound up the online chapter of IFSA in 2018. The academy continues its offline operations, even today.

Spearheaded Problem Management of KPN Cordys Application Maintenance team. Handled operations and meetings with KPN, Accenture client team, software vendor, and Accenture offshore support team.Mentored and led a team of 3 Associate Software Engineers and 2 Software Engineers.

Member of Accenture IDC Production support Team is working with KPN Telecom, Netherlands to maintain a CRM suite that will enable KPN to gain a 360-degree view of over 10 million of its customers across all of its products and channels. Incident Management, Operations Management, and Release management with due adherence to the SLA framed by the client and Accenture.
