- Responsible for ensuring a seamless and optimised end to end supply chain for 7 active ingredients (A.I) in Insecticide portfolio (ca 500 mio $ annual sale on lead product basis / total associated annual sale ca 1 bio $).- Agile launches of new products and packs in Europe and USA.- Delivered mega growth of Lambdacyahalothrin (LCH) from 1600 tons in 2015 to 3100 tons in 2019 by building up quick capacity and innovative registration techniques.- Designed and implemented the strategy for a phased expansion of microencapsulation capacity to match the market volatility and regional requirements.- Re-designed the Diafenthuiron (DFN) supply chain to make the product cost competitive against generics whilst maintaining reliability and smooth supply during the change.- Negotiated with an unfriendly competitor who had taken over one of our suppliers and ensured supply of product with minimal cost rise whilst starting the process of sourcing from scratch with an Asian supplier.

- Worked on projects involving Capacity expansion and site competency assessment. Used River and step model for comparing site assessment, competency transfer and improvement.- Designed models for Market Responsiveness (inventory based) and Active Ingredient (A.I) supply flexibility.

- Member of the Corporate Management Team and responsible for all Indian manufacturing operations.- Led transformation change programme at Syngenta's Goa site- Led Syngenta's global site at Goa (ca 600 employees with turnover of INR 3500 mio on COGS basis)- Effected major expansion at Syngenta’s Goa site.- New active ingredient plant with corresponding infrastructure augmentation like Thermal oxidiser, Effluent Treatment Plant and Utilities.- New Centres for Technology and Projects (T&P) and Research and Technology (R&T).- Procured EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) Clearance for Goa site for future expansion.- Delivered an amicable site separation with Ciba.- Started tolling site in North East India.- Managed formulation and packing sites in Gujarat and Jammu.

- Responsible for all production activities at Goa site.- Led team for concluding a successful wage settlement post a 4-year dispute.

- Worked in various roles of Planning, HSE, Manufacturing, Projects including an international training stint of 2 years at Ciba Geigy's site at Grenzach, Germany.
