My responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. I develop analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements of clients.1. Analyze headcounts (Hires and leavers) of Ericsson globally and provide insights therebyenabling management to achieve the goal of proper workforce planning.2. Analyze cost of workforce and headcount data to providing improvement strategies oneffective implementation of succession planning, span of control optimization, pyramidanalysis etc.3.Conduct research on efficiency of workforce considering different factors like age, workinghours, functional area, gender diversity.4. Implemented deep-drive analysis of employee level data during company-widereorganization & developed mechanism of sharing the regular updated with internalstakeholders. This enables business to drive strategic & amp long term decisions for effectiveresource realignment post reorganization.5. Provide advice on re-organizational changes through analysis focusing on number ofreporting layers, cost of workforce, span of control, headcount changes, competency,resource gaps and other important HR metrics.6. Analyzing termination rate of employees and the reasons for both voluntary & non-voluntary terminations to find out probable solution to reduce the churns.7. Handle Ad-hoc request and providing the correct report as per the request at the earliest.8. Handled escalated and urgent requests for High End Corporate Clients to ensure we maintain our 9.
