After my graduation in Mechanical Engineering ,i joined one of the INDIA's biggest PSU to learn the skills through which i can implement my knowledge that i have gained during graduation.In ONGC i learnt various aspects of professionalism through my seniors ,colleague as well as juniors.Working in ONGC for more than 5 years as a operation & maintenance engineer, I excelled my technical knowledge in developing solutions that are quick and easy to implement as to reduce NPT.In addition i have actively participated in the commissioning of New generation drilling rig(NG-1500-1).We have carried out various fabrication jobs to reduce time in frequent change of consumables.With the efforts of all our team TPT time of rig has been reduce from a 1 month to just 12 days With the efforts of all our team we are recognised as the best rig in whole ONGC in terms of NPT.
