I founded Cloud IT Guru with my wife to help small businesses be more efficient and productive by using Cloud-based applications. Successfully implemented the software to over 100 airports around the world. Built the business from scratch and managed all functions including Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Solutions, and Support.

Veoci is a software designed for day-to-day operations and for managing time critical incidents and emergencies. I was instrumental in tailoring Veoci's emergency management platform, making it suitable for daily operational uses at Airports. In order to comply with regulatory FAA safety standards, airports must complete and document regularly scheduled airfield inspections, track discrepancies, and analyze wildlife sightings. We started with one airport in late 2013 to learn more about the industry and today, we are working with over 15 airports. Apart from Airports, I also took an active interest in learning more about Business Continuity Planning and Management industry and was successful in implementing Veoci for Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) at major banks and large enterprises.Some of my responsibilities include:- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers.- Design and develop innovative solutions using Veoci’s point and click platform to serve various business needs.- Act as a liaison between our customers and the development team.- Influence and drive our product's roadmap to keep addressing our customer’s requests and stay ahead in the game.- Design and implement online marketing strategies for generating more leads and prospects through online channels.

- Lead the Business Solutions Center of Excellence team consisting of over 50 associates, spread across India, China, Mexico and USA.- Managed diverse customers across various geographies and was responsible for new business development.- Designed solutions such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Contract Management System, Resource Management System, Conference Management System and Policy Management System using a Platform as a Service (PaaS) cloud based application.- Delivered product overview and solution best practices at featured events in front of customers and partners.
