Studies on the creep behaviour of Cr-Mo(P91 & P92) steel welds (Fine Grained Heat Affected Zone) where indentation creep testing is done on the P91 & P92 samples with different heat inputs(1.75KJ/mm, 3KJ/mm & 3.75KJ/mm) & heat treated conditions (2hr, 4hr, 8hr & 16hr) and creep rate is predicted, further Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) & Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) studies are done to co-relate the experimental data with the microstructure (studying the precipitation behaviour of M23C6, MX, Laves phase and Z phase before and after creep ).
