The KEF program was about developing leadership qualities among selected HMs based on self change philosophy (behavior and attitudinal change) & empowering them with actionable understanding of their role as organizational leader that will lead to conducive and learning environment in the school and inculcate same qualities down the line. I had volunteered for this organization working as a Fellow / Coach to make the transformation and creating leaders in the education scenario. I am working in the Rajasthan state from July 2011.
