• Managed the end to end program implementation for 60-night schools across the city of Mumbai. This included the Enrolment of Students, Attendance improvement program, Training & Development of Stakeholders, SSC Result improvement program.• Grading & Assessment of Night Schools - Work involved grading assessments, preparing customized strategies for school transformation. Charting clear targets and outcomes with key initiatives, events, and milestones in Report Cards which served as a plan of action for School Leaders.• Program Development: Introduced digital M&E for teachers, & Computer Learning for Students. & Managed Financial Literacy Program for more than 600 Students.• Capacity Building – Managed a team of 20 People including grassroots staff, mid-level managers. Conducted several pieces of training on Knowledge / Skills and Attitude for the team to ensure that they are well-equipped to handle and deliver their responsibilities.• Donor Engagement: Proposal writing, budgeting & managing fund flows, donor reporting, conducting joint committee meetings (quarterly), supporting volunteer engagement within different programs. • Reporting & Documentation: Oversee that all the reports are delivered timely to the internal team, Donors, and other stakeholders giving them the best sense of the program. Prepare any specific reports for Donors as and when required.

(Night School Transformation Program, Career Cell & Tech-on-Wheels)• Facilitated the process of Collecting & analysis of error-free data of Masoom school transformation program for the improvement of the school transformation process. • To monitor School Up-gradation (Grading Process) and preparing further plans after analyzing the school Grades.• Designed and Implemented Quality audits for NSTP Program in 40 Schools. (Audit of overall activities projected at school level under the Night School's Program)• Created Dashboards to support the Donor Reporting and Communications Team. • Shared program status reports to Program Director and Senior Management on a monthly basis.

- Program Manager for 15 Night Schools in Mumbai. - Lead the team of 5 People for implementing Night School Transformation Program (NSTP) in 15 schools. - Lead Enrolment Drive through Volunteers for 3 months which impacted enrolling 200 out of school students/dropouts in night schools. - Monitoring the program through Field Visits and different M&E Tools. - Conducted Grading Assessment for 15 schools followed by developing action plans for individual schools in order to reach outcomes. - Conducted Program Quality Audit for 15 Schools. - Training and Development of Staff Members, School teachers, Headmasters on various functional aspects. - Conducted Events and Volunteer Engagement. - Documentation & Reporting.

The KEF program was about developing leadership qualities among selected HMs based on self change philosophy (behavior and attitudinal change) & empowering them with actionable understanding of their role as organizational leader that will lead to conducive and learning environment in the school and inculcate same qualities down the line. I had volunteered for this organization working as a Fellow / Coach to make the transformation and creating leaders in the education scenario. I am working in the Rajasthan state from July 2011. Rural area of north Rajasthan i.e. Churu and Jhunjhunu, Tribal area such as Udaipur and Dungurpur have been my land of actionMy major role was to Coordinate, Plan, Execute and Monitor the change in school performance in terms of quality and quantity both. As part of the program I have also worked with community (Rural and Tribal villages) I got an opportunity to closely work with Government School Headmaster, Nodal Officers, Block Elementary Education Officers, SSA Resource Persons, Children, community and all the officials who are working in the field of education which helped me develop my professional and personal skills in communication, coordination, negotiation, implementation supervision and also closely understand their working culture & pattern in depth.
