I was looking over Air separation unit as operation head in 200TPD plant.Involved in Pre-commissioning and commissioning of 200 TPD plant and since then responsible for Production, maintenance and overall operations of plant.

As plant manager I ensure continuous plant operations at optimized condition. without any interruption to the business. looking over Air separation unit operation & maintenance. with cryogenic liquid storage area, Various cylinder filling plants, cylinder testing shops, and mixture gases filling.

As an assistant manager in the Air Separation Unit(5100 TPD), I am having the responsibilities in the operation field for controling and stabilization of plant parameters. Which covers running the huge plant without any interruption to the steel business and having the problem solving in the processes like compression(Asia's one of the largest compressor 3*30MW) distillation, heat transfer and adsorption. Handling DCS panel for the continuous process. Knowledge of HIRAC, HAZOP and handling SAP 6.0, 5S as well as IMS documents.looking after activities like• To ensure plant operations at optimized condition.• Maintain process parameters and logging its behavior.• Maintain the quality of the products i.e. Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon.• Responsible for facilitating Plant Start up and Shutdown activities.• Responsible for facilitating Instrument Air and cooling water supply to all Three Plants.• Responsible for maintaining cooling water quality. • Responsible for Distribution of Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon for both Gas and Liquid phase. (Total 149000 nm3/hr Oxygen, 41000 nm3/hr Nitrogen and 900 nm3/hr Argon)• Coordinate with consumers for their variation in demand.• Analysis of plant problems and trouble shooting.• Maintaining the water Parameters for sustainability.• Measuring efficiency of cooling tower and machines to assure proper maintenance of machine to achieve maximum production Monitoring automation system of Chemical Management System for quality service.• Preparation of Daily/Monthly production, consumption, stock and venting reports in SAP module.• Co-ordination with maintenance teams for smooth running of plant.• Review and preparing of plant SOP.• Training of subordinates.• Good understanding and interpretation of Plant lay out details, PFD’s, P&ID’s, trips & Interlocks, equipment datasheets, QMS, 5s, IMS, Emergency/Normal Plant Shutdown procedure and housekeeping.

join ESSAR STEEL INDIA LTD. on 22nd August 2011 as DET. after training promoted as an Assistant Manager in Operation and since then working in Air Separation Unit (Oxygen Plant) involving operation of 3 no’s 1700 TPD Capacity Units with YOKOGAVA CS 3000 and SIEMENS PCS7DCS.As a Assistant Manager looking after day to day activities like● To ensure plant operations at optimized condition● To maintain process parameters and logging its behavior.● To maintain the quality of the products i.e Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon● To ensure production as per customers requirement● Preparation of Daily/Monthly production, consumption and venting reports in SAP module.● To Co-ordinate with liquid tanker loading and dispatch.● To maintain plant SOP documents and manuals● To attend the shutdown activities in co-ordination with Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Departments.● To assist the maintenance department at times for attending various operational problems.● To ensure compliance of safety norms in operating plants.● Training and Mentoring of fresh engineers
