I created and led discrete event simulation models for manufacturing systems and developed improvement strategies to clients by using Kaizen, JIT, and Lean methodologies. A key focus was on enabling simulation models that defined optimal lot sizes for WIP and cycle time reduction while simultaneously developing manufacturing strategies for multi-level complex assembly systems.
