As the President of PW Institute of Innovation, I had the privilege of conceptualizing and spearheading this forward-thinking institution, dedicated to equipping students with knowledge in futuristic domains. The institute is divided into two main schools: the School of Tech and the School of Management.In my role, I oversaw all aspects of the institute, from academics and operations to student success. I led with a hands-on approach, demonstrating top-tier leadership qualities and maintaining constant availability to meet the needs of our students and staff. I am a part of Supply Chain Technology Team which is responsible for building data driven highly optimised supply chain suite of products to manage entire gamut of supply chain lifecycle for Walmart retail and e-commerce lines of business. Projects worked on in PayPal-------------------------------------------# Creation of GSP( Global Shipping Platform) for UK Global shipping platform (GSP) is a new and innovative approach to promote cross border trade by providing express shipping with end-to-end tracking with a low shipping cost. It will provide world-class delivery experience to buyers and sellers. The platform will provide a Global solution to all types of sellers: C2C, b2C and B2C .Technology used : JAVA/C++ , Java Restful services were also created . We had a team of 4 . Product was successfully created and launched on time and is a huge hit .# BART ( Bulk API Reference Transaction) eBay is the major marketplace for PayPal. eBay charges its sellers on per auction/sell basis.eBay provides its users an option of automatically paying their monthly eBay bill through their PayPal accounts. The PayPal product which implements this feature is called Recurring Billing.Bart feature is aimed migration of recurring-billing use cases to BulkAPI Framework which is easily scalable and efficient .I am owner of this product. It is mostly build on the JAVA stack.# BART monitoring dashboardThis is the dashboard created to provide the real time insight of the process of the BART request files. This tool has been completely created by me . This involved the full stack development.Tech stack : Node.js (Kraken framework ) and Java restful services . Worked as the part-time java trainer in NIIT for both core and advanced JAVA . Teaching has been my passion , so I did this during the weekends and holidays . I helped students understand the basics of JAVA instead of just remembering the syntax and code .

I organised the METTLE-2011 , an all India lever techno-Management fest (3 day event ). Student from colleges from all over India participated in the event . Whole event approximately witnessed 1500+ external participants and the total students of IIT BHU . Whole budget of the fest was managed by the sponsorship from corporate and Alumni .

I taught as the Maths teacher in IIT JEE coaching (Apex institute) while doing Engineering from IIT BHU in Varanasi . It helped me in multiple ways, one teaching was my passion so I enjoyed it a lot and at the same time, it helped me in managing my expenses at college .It helped me to relieve some financial loads from the shoulders of my father.

Gramin Gyan Kendra is an initiative by IIT BHU (then IT-BHU ) to create awareness among the rural people about the correct ways of farming. For this they were making use of IT to transfer this information by setting of IT centers in difference villages and rural areas .I worked as the intern for 3 months and developed website for them during summer break . I created the website which gave information about better and newer ways of rice farming in India.
