Graduated from BHU, Varanasi in the year 1995 and one year later; Started working with Godrej Soaps way back in 1996. After Godrej's acquisition by Procter & Gamble had to look for other options. And ITES/ BPO industry being the fastest growing industry thought to give it a try and after 10 years or so, here I am.Find myself lucky enough, while migrating from FMCG to the booming ITES / BPO industry, to have worked with Organizations as, Wipro BPO, Hyperquality Inc. and last but not the least, iYogi Inc. Though I am not from a technical background, but thanks to extensive training provided by Wipro and iYogi, I have been awarded as the best performer by both the organizations. Hence, in a short span of time, I was a mentor on the floor, then was promoted to the Quality Team at iYogi. If Wipro made me capable in Printer troubleshooting and networking; iYogi gave me an opportunity to do almost all types of troubleshooting for Windows and Apple OS. Overall a wonderful learning opportunity. I was working with Concentrix BPO as Lead-QA from 2014 to 2017. Unfortunately I met with an accident and suffered spinal injury in 2017. Had to relocate to my hometown Varanasi as I became paraplegic for almost 18 months. Leaving my well settled life and job in Delhi I started again from scratch in Varanasi by joining an educational institution as CCE Incharge (IT & Academics).
