Project Manager
Currentsupervise civil engineering (earthwork, drainage, pavement etc.) calculations,prepare material requisitions, service requisitions, technical specifications and quantity take-offsand provide.-Collaborate with engineers, architects to determine the specifications of the project.-Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.-Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish withattention to budgetary limitations- Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will bemet.-Procurement of all The Materials required at site.- Preparing BOQ and hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.-Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports, Ensure adherence to all health and safetystandards and report issues.-facade work -Glass elevation work-Luxury fit out work including all interior works
