- collaborated with top manufacturers (OEMS, Tier 1 and Tier 2) in the aerospace and automobile manufacturing sector.- Recognized their problems in creating any particular component/part and provided them with pertinent answers through the use of ISCAR tools.- Recognized the need of different ISCAR carbide tools for tasks like face grooving, drilling, turning, and milling.

- Autodetection of paint robot program by scanning body and cargo to bepainted- Worked under body production unit- Each stage in the manufacturing plant's paint shop was studied andanalyzed.- Changes suggested based on the investigation in order to fully automatethe painting process.- Also did Mission, Objective, strategy and tactics (MOST) Analysis of Paintshop.- Worked under the department of plant engineering.- Did a comprehensive examination of operations and sub-operations in thepaint shop, which involved numerous method stages and a relatedsequence model.

- Led a team of 30+ people in developing a canister shaped satellite.- Was responsible in managing the mechanical, avionics andmanagement domain of the team for CanSat USA.- Led the Ideation and Manufacturing of a heat shield mechanism thatwill also act as an aerobrake during the descent.- Also developed a mechanism to make the CanSat upright afterlanding.- Secured 95.22% in Critical Design Review.

SA cup 2022-23 :- For this competition we have to build a sounding rocket that flies up to 10,000 feet above the ground. - The COTS solid rocket motor, appropriate for our apogee, was too large in diameter, leaving too little room between the rocket motor and the inner diameter of the lower fairing to insert the fin tabs.- As the team's Aerostructure engineer, my job was to design an effective and compact fin mounting mechanism that would hold the fins in place during flight.- Did FEA on the Rocket body using buckling simulations in Ansys.- Designed and improved the recovery system by conducting various tests.- Responsible for the integration and assembly of the sounding rocket.- Worked on payload integration which was an vibrational damping experiment was also responsible for the integration of the payload.- Successfully launched the sounding rocket 'Vajra' to a height of 10,000ft.CanSat 2021-22:- One of the primary tasks assigned to me was to design the payload's payloaddeployment mechanism. - I also had to decide on the payload's orientation in terms of the placement of the payload release mechanism and electronics.- I also performed ground impact and parachute deployment effects analyses on the payload. Our team Secured 7th Rank worldwide.
