A multifaceted role in managing day-to-day operations of the data center, with a focus on serving enterprise-level clients and ensuring world-class service delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of data center infrastructure, maintaining 99.983% uptime while adhering to ISO 27001:2013 standards.• Provide first-line technical support in a 24x7 shift environment, handling troubleshooting and customer inquiries to achieve high First Call Resolution (FCR) rates.• Manage server installations, cabling, and equipment maintenance according to customer specifications, with detailed documentation and layout management.• Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Managed Services teams to resolve issues within defined SLAs, ensuring efficient communication and timely escalations.• Assist in large-scale data center migrations and disaster recovery planning, ensuring minimal service disruption.• Support vendor management, from vendor selection to contract negotiations, comparing quotations, and scoring them based on business needs.• Assist with the compliance and enforcement of ISO 27001:2013 audit policies and processes across data center operations.• Provide critical insights and reports on data center performance, incidents, and risk management for leadership and management teams.• Ensure security protocols and processes are upheld across the data center, managing NOC and SOC for system security and compliance.• Played a crucial role in the continuous monitoring and improvement of data center systems, achieving high customer satisfaction rates.• Supported large enterprise clients across industries such as banking, finance, insurance, and manufacturing.• Contributed to successful vendor selection processes and enhanced operational efficiency in data center migrations and infrastructure projects.

• Management of IDC core network.• Installation and management Internet Data Center technical infrastructure according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001:2013 standards accredited by UKAS.• Maintain the smooth operation and continuously monitoring of the IDC network.• System Information Security management with ISO 27001:2013. • Controlling NOC and SOC functions towards datacenter standards and maintainability.• Datacenter implementation (R&D) process delivery by supporting Network, Telco: requirements. Customer support and ELV systems operations with BMS, DCIM, NMS, CCTV, ACS, WLD, Etc.•IDC Security management • Proactively taking the security measurements to ensure the 99.99% availability of the network. • Develop value additions to the IDC environment with handling & Managing of iDC projects.
