 ABRR-Annual business review report, review of business document, review of Legal and corporate documents. Verification on client documents. Review of Tax and accounting details. Updation of the information to the database. To work as the basic point of contact for the relationship managers with queries, complaints, requests and feedback’s etc. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received. Was appointed as the Single point of contact for ABRR in May 2014.

 Monitoring the shift production queue for all workflows and ensuring timely completion of all tasks assigned. Assigning tasks to the shift members and ensuring full utilization of resources Follow-up on open action items and co-ordinating with other Shift SPOCs and exchanging the accurate and updated status between shifts. Maintaining the accurate production trackers. Participating in all kick-off meetings, training sessions and preparing the documents, getting updates on time to time and circulating SOP to the team members. Troubles shooting and resolving the operational issues and performing the root cause analysis. Training and mentoring the Metadata Specialists in the respective shift and also in the other shifts, where required. Monitoring quality levels and initiating the process improvement actions. Also taking part in production and helping out / assisting the team in critical live projects.
