Scrutiny of UW Quotation, Processing and Quality Checking all types of transactions ofCommercial Line Responsible for TAT and first level escalation of CPC commercial line OPS.Coordinating with UW, Finance and Claims on all Operations related substances and provide required support. Coordinating with Underwriter, Sales Team and Braches to resolve the discrepancies triggered in the Quotation and Proposal. Coordinating with system team and devoting time for UAT on different products and processes.Coordinate with branches and understand the concerns related to CPC Commercial LOB. Also help them with resolution and new update about system and process.Ensuring Daily, Fortnightly, Monthly MIS and Pending Report shared with PAN India.Assigning the job to the Team and Ensure TAT & Accuracy is met consistently month on month as per the signed off SLA’s. Updating the Team about the enhancement and changes regarding Product and system and responsible for maintaining the turnaround time of Commercial Line
