During my tenure as a legal intern at the Supreme Court Legal Services Commission (SCLSC), I gained valuable insight into the operations of the front office and administrative sectors. Under the guidance of Mr. Harish Bharadwaj, I received a comprehensive introduction to the committee's functions.I mastered the complexities of the Legal Services Commission portal, crucial for managing and processing legal aid applications. I learned the process for filing requests for free legal aid and the criteria used to assess eligibility. Understanding how the SCLSC presents cases to the Member Secretary and Screening Committee was key in ensuring deserving applicants receive support.Additionally, I was trained on the internal workings and procedural standards of the commission. My responsibilities included preparing and presenting matters before the Screening Committee and Member Secretary, enhancing my knowledge of legal aid processes and case allocation. This internship significantly contributed to my professional development in the legal field.

As a member of the Centre for Advancement of Labour and Social Welfare (CASLW), I am part of a dedicated initiative aimed at bolstering the Labour Justice System in India. Our mission is to champion the rights of laborers and their families, ensuring their fundamental dignity and fostering awareness of their constitutional entitlements. Through educational programs within the university campus, we empower laborer's children, advocating for their right to education. CASLW conducts workshops, seminars, and competitions to address issues faced by both organized and unorganized labor sectors. We also engage in national and international dialogues to promote human rights and dignity for all laborers, facilitating research dissemination and fostering inclusive discussions through various events and campaigns.
