Acting as a CTO for Kotak Cherry. Build from scratch an DIY Investment Ecosystem platform (Distribution cum Advisory) across suite of products Direct MF, Stocks, FnO, IPO, Deposits, Savings, NPS, Gold, ETF, International Equity.

In my current position, I report to CTO of IDFC Bank. I have primary responsbility for managing Consumer, Personal and Business Banking all applications. Moreover responsibility is to manage end to end both Production and Projects across applications - Core Banking TCS Bancs Liabilties, Payments, TCS MicroATM, Indus (Rsystem) consumer asset, FICO Blaze rule engine, Experian Hunter, Highmark Bureau Connector. To work collaboratively with stakeholders Business (Consumer, Wholesale, Bharat), Risk, Finance and Operations for their smooth functions. I manage end to end delivery from vendors to meet Business requirements within schedule, Budget, Quality and meet SLA agreed with stakeholders.

• Responsible as a Global process owner (GPO) for Reconciliation process in Product control team for external deals and intercompany process. Overall engagement across Reconciliation Process across different asset classes, Tracking and resolving monthly breaks between Financial statements and Regulatory reporting • Strategic role in providing proposals to improve the Quality and ensure minimum absolute value at end of process in Balance Sheet, Off Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss• Responsible for setting up the controls, procedures and best practices across the Reconciliation process in both Paris and Bangalore for all regions. • Responsible for Commando team who works with Front office in providing quick solutions through RAD• Responsible for Transversal activities in tracking KPI, Senior management reporting, Weekly reports etc• Responsible in Transformation projects across Product control team like AIR, Apero etc• Responsible as a SPOC between Product control team and IT on all CTB and RTB tasks• Responsible for Planning, development and Implementation across programs.• Working with IT in proposing solutions, strategic discussion, arbitrating the new features, budget approval, Requirement discussion, UAT testing, tracking delivery and ensuring its implementation in production• Leading the initiative of Forex community across IT, Finance and Operations. Leading the initiative of TBE/Subject Matter expert across different products in Bangalore. Leading the initiative of Knowledge management across Product control• Single point of accountability and ownership for Delivery• Ensure Product quality and manage various Project stakeholders across regions.• Governance setup, monthly SLA reports & project summary dashboards for Paris, Asia and AMER.• Responsible for managing and monitoring the budget across IT- CTB, RTB & Finance.• Part of the steering Committee for co-ordination between Paris, Asia and AMER Regions.

I am the account manager for certain critical applications

My role is Sr Project manager and be part of 800 branches of AKBank Turkey, a Tier 1 bank core banking implementation project

I am handling Infosys team in ensuring Finacle delivery to client and assisting bank in implementation. I take care of software delivery process of ensuring proper requirements is taken, build is happening at India with quality, meeting schedule, Quality defects level, delivery to Onsite, assisting bank in testing and fixing bugs at reasonable time. Apart from software delivery process ensuring resources are utilized properly, financials, allocation, proactive approach, planning, team work, innovative ideas to project and most important customer satisfaction. Treasury and BALM went live. Now Core and eBanking testing is in progress.

Federal bank is one of the leading old generation private banks from Kerala, a state in India. It took totally 7 months from Project initiation date to first pilot branch go live on the Finacle solution. There was not one instance of delay in schedule in making the pilot branch live as per project plan which was signed in April. Majority of complex interfaces and customization were ready for pilot branch so that branch users felt the minimal difference of system change from in-house software Fed soft to global solution Finacle. As of Dec 2007, 500+ branches are live on Finacle. I was Project Manager of this project and co-ordinated with Third party to execute it. We won the Asian Banker IT Award 2008 for best Implementation.

During implementation of Finacle at Deutsche Bank at India I was playing a major role in Delivering all the Customization, Interfaces requirements and acting as a Customization Project Manager.
