Since 1993 I have assimilated a series of experiences that have allowed me to manage organizational change in times of crisis such as Restructuring of organizations, Implementation of contingency plans, Introduction to new markets and changes in business models giving me the opportunity to accumulate a series of assets and skills to be able to manage in these VUCA times.Working with different people from different countries with different cultures and realities - was an interesting growing opportunity for me. Travelling and knowing different cultures has always been one of my passions - and serving different people with different cultures with my profession obtaining positive results, gave me the expertise to rapidly adapt, build, spread and inspire cultures of change whenever and wherever is needed.The different challenges I had to face though all my assignments have allowed me to have a multicultural approach and understanding of the Latin American and Caribbean environment.My latest specialization in Digital transformation at MIT along with the Senior Executive Program at INCAE have allowed me to consolidate my global and technological vision to adjust business models to digital environments.My disruptive mind allows me to facilitate innovation and continuous improvement processes to nimbly achieve effectiveness.
