Provided leadership in organizing and planning BI-monthly meetings to the agency. Including leading briefs to senior NRCS executives and various divisions.• Liaison leadership activities between Department/Agency headquarters and regional offices relating to Micro-Purchases, Fleet operations, Personal Property operations and special projects. Liaison activities include interpreting, creating, and appropriately principles to procedures, requirements, regulations, responding to data calls, and disseminating the information to over 100 employees with varying technical backgrounds.• Led the development, based on data and process improvement principles, and implementation of a relational database to support a Business Intelligence (BI) system. The database evaluates and reports on all operations. The system provides predictive analytic capabilities (qualitative/quantitative analysis). The insights improve the program operations and procedures across 36 geographical located field offices. The database is now a proof-of-concept (POC) for an enterprise application.• A current Business Owner lead (Representative/Product Owner/SME) for an Enterprise IT Agile project budgeted at 1.6 million dollars. The project will deliver 3 cloud-based Power Apps used by over 200 users to increase automation, reporting, and support data driven decisions using Power BI. Other leadership roles filled: made recommendations on data architecture design, pre-bid development and presentation, UAT testing, attending weekly Sprint Reviews, and member of the project team.
