Compiled and relayed documents for office and client use on commercial payer policies and and Medicare eligibility and benefits, specifically Part C and Part D (such as deductibles, premiums, co-insurance and copayments,“donut” hole and drug tiers, prior authorization, quantity limits, step therapy, among others). Data Management and Quality Control: Maintained electronic logs of agency submission throughput, compiled document bundles for agency and agent contracting (50+ agents with multiple carriers per agent), and processed enrollment applications for accuracy under tight deadlines during Medicare Open Enrollment Periods.
