With over 15 years of experience in compensation management, I am passionate about helping companies design and implement fair, transparent, and compliant pay practices that align with their strategic goals and values. As the Head of North America and Global Financial Services at beqom, I lead a team of experts who provide a cloud-based solution that unifies all compensation and rewards processes on a single platform, from salary and bonus to deferred incentives and sales commissions. I am also a graduate of the MIT Sloan & MIT CSAIL Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program, where I gained insights and skills on how to leverage AI and machine learning to enhance business performance and innovation.In my current role, I am responsible for driving the growth and expansion of beqom in global financial services markets, as well as ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our existing customers. I work closely with our sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to identify and pursue new opportunities, deliver value-added solutions, and foster long-term partnerships with our clients.
