Ik ben een gedreven, enthousiaste opbouwwerker en zorg-ethicus met ruim 25 jaar ervaring in het sociale domein. Zowel in Nederland als in het buitenland. Mijn werkzaamheden zijn met name gericht op de ondersteuning van initiatieven voor kwetsbare groepen in de samenleving, zoals ongedocumenteerden en dak- en thuislozen. De ondersteuning die ik bied varieert van ondersteuning in strategie ontwikkeling en impact onderzoek, tot training en begeleiding van groepen medewerkers in impactgericht werken. Bovendien rondde ik onlangs de Master Zorgethiek en Beleid af om ook complexe ethische vraagstukken en morele dilemma's binnen welzijnsorganisaties te kunnen ondersteunen.Ik ga daarbij altijd uit van de specifieke omstandigheden die elke opdracht kenmerkt en gebruik bij voorkeur participatieve werkvormen. Deze aanpak heeft een erg positief effect op de kwaliteit van de inbreng van alle deelnemers. Dat leidt tot enthousiasme en draagvlak en daarmee ook tot betere uitkomsten.De laatste jaren ben ik actief betrokken geweest bij het ontwikkelen en ondersteunen van initiatieven op het gebied van Kunst en cultuur; Media en democratie; Hiv/Aids en gezondheidszorg; Vrouwenrechten en emancipatie; Vluchtelingen en asielzoekers.
