About Peter Vistisen

I work within the field of user-centered innovation as both researcher, teacher, and designer, with a special interest in the intersection between digital technology and liberal arts. My research examines the relationship between different tools for user-centered innovation and the impact it can have on creative decision-making processes about new and emerging technologies. Through collaboration with a multitude of organizations and companies I experiment with new ways of facilitating digital transformation balancing both human needs, technological feasibility, and business viability.I recent years, the visualization format of animation has been a special interest. I have developed and examined a multitude of techniques for using varying fidelities of animation and other extended sketching capacities to create shared operative images to support the sketchy and fuzzy front end of innovation projects.Specialties: Design thinking, digital innovation, project management, sketching & prototyping, user experience design, academic ressearch, teaching and supervising.

Dog er de fleste video-scenarie-værktøjer statiske og begrænser derfor evnen til at indsamle data, teste dynamiske teknologier og muliggøre strategisk design. Omvendt er mere fleksible interaktive scenarie-værktøjer teknisk komplekse og tidskrævende at producere, da de ofte kræver manuel kodning og indlejring.Scenario Maker er et nyt, forskningsbaseret online-værktøj, der fungerer gennem en simpel, visuel brugerflade, der gør det nemmere og hurtigere at producere interaktive videoer. Softwareværktøjet giver brugeren mulighed for nemt at designe interaktivitet, struktur og metainformation i et video-scenarie. Softwaren fungerer uden at ”hoste” eller lagre videomaterialerne, hvilket skaber en hurtigere renderingstid og nemmere afspilning for brugeren.
