Procured and managed top-tier UX Design agency and guided our distributed team. Pitched products at industry events. Developed a leading UX/UI process and pitched our design strategy to suitors leading to a successful acquisition.

I innovated the online video space, designed a better consumer player, a content management platform and transcoding engine for enterprise customers that served as a video hub to deliver content to top-tier CDNs. I built a company without external funding and made it profitable in year 1.

I designed enterprise tools for transaction monitoring and data visualizations that helped Sony Music operations track the real-time pulse of digital distribution to their global partners. The applications were used by hundreds of labels to track over 100,000 transactions per hour.
