It serves as a provider of B2C liaison software and D2C SaaS.• Donut.cx: A conversational engagement platform (CRM software) that provides businesses with a centralized team inbox to manage and track all customer conversations in one convenient location. Achievements:• Brand Identity: Developed a cohesive brand identity suited to a tech SaaS company, aligning with business goals and marketing strategies. This included creating logos, color schemes, typography, iconography, illustrations, and overall visual styles.• Design System: Created a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across various platforms and products. This system included standardized components, iconography reflective of the new brand identity, UI illustration guidelines, and best practices that streamlined the design process and improved collaboration among team members and departments.-
