Learning Strategist For StarbucksSage Media, Inc Sep 2023 - Dec 2024Denver, Co, UsFood safety has never been more critical in our world. New pathogens are developing every day, and continue to threaten customer safety. Even a low-risk food provider like Starbucks carries some risk of a food-safety disaster. We were hired to analyze current threats for all food products (including beverages) and design a training protocol that would build a resilient food safety culture. Our Guided Clarity Process is the perfect service for this, as we analyze threats, leverage business "bright spots" that are working, and outline a plan for how to achieve consistent success over the next 3-5 years.At the end of our discovery session, which took two half-days followed by two weeks of anthropological research, Sage Media produced a Guidance Document with all the findings. It was 32 pages long and had innovative solutions that included a unique Systems Thinking approach for food safety.Each Guided Clarity Process is custom and produces results specific to that client. No two are the same.
